We’re looking for a painter and/or skilled carpenter for a work-for-accommodation exchange.
We’re renovating our holiday apartment in Sondrio and are looking for experienced people to carry out a few improvement projects.
Painting: repainting and freshening up some rooms in the apartment.
Carpentry: we’re looking for a craftsperson who can design and build made-to-measure enclosures using panels, cabinet doors and doors, to make some areas of the apartment more functional and polished.
In exchange, we offer a free stay, for up to two people. The length of the stay will be agreed based on the type and scope of the work. We can purchase the necessary materials by prior arrangement.
We prefer applicants with hands-on experience in the work involved. Before making an exchange, we’ll agree together on the tasks, schedule, materials and number of nights.
We’re happy to consider the two offers separately: painting only or carpentry only.

We’re planning some improvements to the apartment and are looking for someone with experience in painting and refreshing walls, or a skilled carpenter able to design and build custom solutions, such as panelled enclosures, shutters and doors, to make certain areas more practical and attractive.
In exchange for the work, we offer a free stay for up to two people. The length of the stay can be agreed based on the type and scope of the work. We can purchase the necessary materials directly, by prior agreement.
We’re preferably looking for people with hands-on experience in the work involved. Before the exchange, we’ll agree together on the work to be carried out, the schedule, the materials needed and the number of nights offered.
The two options can also be considered separately, so you can apply for the painting work only or the carpentry work only.
I need one wall painted—the wall behind the headboard, which is covered with wallpaper. The wallpaper can simply be painted over; I already have the supplies.
I’m open to barter proposals for minor renovation work and other improvements to the property, both indoors and outdoors. I’m looking for experienced construction professionals or tradespeople specialising in electrical work and plumbing.
We are looking for a painter to freshen up the rooms in our establishment. We will provide the materials (paints and basic equipment); we only ask for labor.
