I offer rooms/studios with a kitchenette and private bathroom at our bed and breakfast for a duration to be agreed upon, in exchange for painting four rooms: two measuring 17-19 square meters and two approximately 30 square meters. I will provide the materials. This offer is only for those who are experienced; no beginners, please.
The house is new, but it ages quickly! It could really use a fresh coat of paint. I would love to host a couple or a group of people for 2 to 3 nights, or even longer, in exchange for painting at least the ground floor (the house is a two-story building with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). I will provide materials such as tarps, rugs, ladders, and paint. I am also available during free periods until February.
1) Leaky shower faucet.
2) Repair of two door hinges that are coming loose.
3) Extension of two interior window sills.
4) Repainting and filling of the corners of the windows where they meet the marble sills, which have become moldy.
5) Painting of the entire apartment (wow!).
We would be delighted to receive the painting of a room, including the artistic decoration of the headboard wall with a picturesque design, in order to give the room a fresh new style. Of course, the costs of the painting will be covered by us.
