The property
Villa Lisa is located in Inverigo, in a peaceful, green area, strategically positioned to easily access Lake Como and various destinations in Lombardy. The accommodation occupies a separate section of a newly built villa and provides a private and comfortable setting, suitable for both leisure stays and business trips.
Situated on the ground floor, the one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features underfloor heating and cooling. It includes a double bedroom with a Smart TV and a bright living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, along with a second 55-inch Smart TV.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary items to prepare meals independently. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, and washing machine. Mosquito screens are installed throughout the house. During the warmer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor area, which is furnished and perfect for relaxing outside.
Final cleaning is included in the booking, while bed and bath linens are available upon request for an additional 10 euros per person. The kitchen can be used freely as long as it is left clean; alternatively, a cleaning service for the kitchen area is available at a cost of 15 euros. Any extra requested services must be paid in cash upon arrival. There is no tourist tax, and unregistered visitors are not allowed in the apartment.
To ensure a suitable environment for guests with allergies, pets are not permitted.
Villa Lisa is well connected by public transport and close to main roads. Its location allows easy access to Como and its lake, Bellagio, Lecco, Monza, Bergamo, and Milan, making it a convenient base for exploring the area or for professional stays.
