The B&B La Dimora is situated 1 km from the Adriatica Ancona Nord highway exit, a 15-minute walk from Ancona Falconara Airport, and 4 km from the sea. The building, originally built in the 1970s, underwent external renovations in July 2026. I would now like to paint the wall behind the headboard, where there is currently wallpaper. I am looking for a painter for a trade: they will handle the painting, and in return, I will offer them a few days of free accommodation, at their convenience. I already have all the necessary materials.
