The house is new, but it ages quickly! It could really use a fresh coat of paint. I would love to host a couple or a group of people for 2 to 3 nights, or even longer, in exchange for painting at least the ground floor (the house is a two-story building with a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). I will provide materials such as tarps, rugs, ladders, and paint. I am also available during free periods until February.
