I am looking for a bricklayer. I need to automate a gate, so I require work for creating channels and anything else necessary to bring electricity and photocells.
1) Leaky shower faucet.
2) Repair of two door hinges that are coming loose.
3) Extension of two interior window sills.
4) Repainting and filling of the corners of the windows where they meet the marble sills, which have become moldy.
5) Painting of the entire apartment (wow!).
Looking for a mason for regular and extraordinary maintenance work:

- Installing wall beams to anchor swings
- Sanding and painting the wooden beams of an outdoor pergola
We offer a stay in our fantastic two-room apartment with a sea view and kitchen. Depending on the agreed exchange, we are also willing to provide breakfast.

The stay dates can be adjusted for future use and may be offered to relatives and friends.
I offer a 7-day stay to be used between October and November in exchange for minor renovation and painting work in the rooms. I am looking for a professional craftsman willing to repair some cracks in the wall and paint the rooms with washable white paint. There are 3 rooms, plus the kitchen.
I also offer a 2-night stay for 2 guests in exchange for a new 32-inch smart TV.
Painting of external and internal areas of the farmhouse, along with minor maintenance work. We will provide the materials, but we do require specific skills for this task.
