We’re looking for the perfect vintage laundry sink for our terrace, and we’re happy to wait until we find the right one. Please send photos and exact measurements of the item you’re offering so we can assess it. We realise that transportation may cost more than the sink itself!
Depending on the price of a new sink that we like, we’d offer between two nights in high season and one week in low season in exchange for an item that is:
- in excellent condition
- delivered to our address
- carried up to the first floor at your expense
If we have to arrange or cover some or all of the delivery and/or carrying, we’ll offer fewer nights.
An especially valuable item may be worth more, as long as it’s the right one for us. We’ll also consider a laundry sink that isn’t in excellent condition, provided it’s still in working order.
We welcome anyone who would like to transform the walls of our rooms by painting them or adding a creative touch. We’re also looking for someone who can repaint and restore our window frames. In exchange, we’ll provide accommodation and breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you!
I’m looking for a skilled craftsperson to create an elegant, highly visible sign for the entrance to Linda’s Retreat B&B. It should be suitable for outdoor use and, ideally, easy to read in the evening. Proposals that include both fabrication and, if possible, installation are welcome.

We hope Giardino Frannicola will become a vibrant, ever-evolving space where contemporary artistic expression meets the history of the masseria. A gallery without walls, open to the sky and the changing seasons, that captures the beating heart of Salento: its energy, its roots, its beauty and, above all, the people who call it home.
