LEZIONI DI PIANO E/O CHITARRA
Lezioni di piano iniziando da zero, ma da giovane suonavo la chitarra che ahimè ho dimenticato e mi piacerebbe fare un full immersion di qualche giorno per ricordarmi il tutto o iniziare di sana pianta con un nuovo strumento come il pianoforte che tra l'altro ancora non ho in casa quindi dovreste portare voi un piano elettrico o consigliarmi sull'acquisto immediato di qualcosa. Il tutto credo sarà fattibile da settembre 2021 in poi, specie se non avete una tastiera elettrica voi stessi da portare qui. In caso contrario proponete pure. NB: non proponete baratti ad agosto. Grazie.

Se sei un professionista del settore fotografico/video, o lo fai anche per hobby, e i tuoi risultati sono visibili, reali e parlano da soli? Vuoi soggiornare da noi in cambio di un servizio fotografico modernissimo alla nostra struttura interni/esterni/dintorni , con tanto di regia, effetti speciali, foto e video "spaziali" e originalissimi come si usano ora su instagram... da 10.000 like al giorno... bhè fatti avanti... Possibilità di fare il servizio adesso e il soggiorno successivamente, visto che con la stagione estiva sarà molto difficile avere la struttura vuota almeno 24 ore per fare il servizio...

Our B & B is the first born in our beautiful town, back in 2012.

It is also the closest to the beach, we are only 30 meters from the sea, real, in a quiet and strategic position as we have in front of us every evening a beautiful sunset on the sea with the background of the Aeolian Islands and we find ourselves at 10 minutes from Messina and 10 minutes from Milazzo. Right in the middle. Here too we have everything close to home, from banks to post offices to restaurants and pizzerias and bars and pastry shops, even a small shopping center, La Briosa. We are the first country outside the Municipality of Messina, in fact there is no tourist tax. We are just coming out of the junction of the A20 motorway, Casello di Villafranca Tirrena, for those coming from Messina or Catania, while for those coming from Palermo the exit of the highway is the Casello di Rometta.

Our rooms have all the comforts possible because they are all equipped with air conditioning hot / cold heat pumps, TV, wifi, bathroom in the room, some also has internal fridge, otherwise there is that of the common area, in the kitchen, and all the rooms enjoy a quiet and an unexpected silence as none of them borders the main road.

We have a large internal courtyard where you can park your vehicles, which will stay safe all night and away from prying eyes and also a rich garden and a comfortable patio available to all 24 hours.

If all this is not enough for you, in 10 minutes we also have the Peloritani mountains to be explored by going to the four roads, to the San Rizzo Hills, and then arriving at Dinnamare at an altitude of 1100 meters. above sea level...in just 20 minutes by road, from which you can then go inside, if equipped, to further explore our beautiful woods or then popping up in some other country more or less far...

Our structure is the perfect place for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, on explicit request we put at your disposal the entire kitchen, if necessary and prior agreements with the management...Also for children the seafront is full of play areas for them and in all the places where we advise you to go you will always be welcome and treated with a special care.

From our structure you can enter and exit every hour of the day and night independently, without any obligation of schedules, taking care to respect only the quiet and tranquility that characterizes it.

Every morning we will greet you with our delicious breakfasts at home, which we will do independently, if you want, or we can also send you to our trusted bar by the sea...where you can enjoy our magnificent granite with cream and briosh even all year....

You can also take your four-legged friends with you.

You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers able to speak Italian, English.
