Hi, I'm Federico

I will be happy to host you for FREE in my property in exchange for goods or services.
Here are my barter wishes:

Furniture

A VINTAGE BAR CABINET FROM THE 1920S TO THE 1950S

A small wooden bar cabinet from the first half of the 20th century, to use as a decorative piece.

Food & Drink

NEW OIL

Newly produced oil from our own production.

Furniture

VINTAGE SIGN

I would love to have an original vintage advertising sign (from old shops, period advertisements, etc.) to use as a decorative element. We are not looking for handcrafted reproductions.

Music, Film, Video

VINYL RECORDS OR CDS.

We primarily consider offers of vinyl records or CDs of heavy metal, hard rock, and independent Italian rock from the 1990s.

The property

The Relais Accademia is located on the first floor of an elegant noble building dating back to the 19th century, just a short walk from the Cathedral and the Academy Gallery. Recently opened, the Relais features tastefully decorated rooms that are bright and quiet, equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a pleasant stay, whether for a vacation or a business trip.

The establishment is situated on a lively street during the day, yet quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. We are in close proximity to the main cultural and artistic attractions, as well as the exhibition center at Fortezza da Basso. Within a few minutes, you can also reach renowned shops for shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and other leisure options.

You will have access to the apartment keys, providing you with complete independence during your stay. The owners, friendly and helpful, will be happy to assist you with any of your needs. Additionally, there is a paid parking option available in a partnered garage located right across from the property for added convenience. By staying at Relais Accademia, you will experience a unique stay in the heart of Florence, surrounded by the city's history and beauty.
