The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a bright dining area with a table for 6 to 8 people, which overlooks the outdoor terrace through sliding glass doors, ideal for al fresco meals. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two double bedrooms: the first has spacious wardrobes, a relaxation chair, and a private terrace, while the second boasts a panoramic window and a sloped ceiling.
