We, the owners of the villa, which includes myself and my mother, are offering and accepting exchanges for holiday stays during the months of November and December.
There will always be two of us, or a maximum of three, along with our small dog (a Maltipoo).
The accommodation we offer in exchange is our Seaside one-bedroom apartment with a sea view, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a living area (which includes a sofa bed). It is ideal for two people but can also accommodate three adults or two adults with two children.
Since this is a beautiful villa located in one of the most stunning spots on the island, we are looking for exchanges of a similar standard.
Here, November and December are not peak season, but you can enjoy absolute peace, a perfect escape from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. Some have chosen to spend months in Ischia working remotely, as they figured, why not work facing the sea?
If the Seaside apartment is unavailable for the requested dates, we also have a double room in our B&B with a private bathroom, which is always lovely and offers a sea view.

I would like to arrange a hospitality exchange to explore new places in Italy, particularly in Sicily, Tuscany, Veneto, and Trentino, as well as in European capitals. I am available throughout the year, except for June, July, and August, which are also the months when I cannot host guests.
My establishment is located in Palinuro (SA), within the Cilento National Park, just a short walk from the town center. It is a B&B consisting of four double rooms, each with an independent bathroom, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a safe, air conditioning, and a small terrace. Additionally, there is a garden with a sea view, where the breakfast area is situated, along with a relaxation area to enjoy stunning sunsets.
Staying in Palinuro is ideal for enjoying wonderful beach days and for visiting the inland Cilento area with just a short drive.
