There will always be two of us, or three at most, along with our small dog, a Maltipoo.
In exchange, we can offer our Seaside two-room apartment with a sea view. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area with a sofa bed. It is ideal for two people, but can also accommodate three adults or two adults and two children.
As this is a beautiful villa in one of the island’s loveliest locations, we are looking for exchanges of a similar standard.
November and December are not peak season here, so you can enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and take a break from the usual hustle and bustle of city life. Some guests have chosen to spend several months on Ischia while working remotely—after all, if you’re working remotely, why not do it by the sea?
If the Seaside apartment is unavailable on your preferred dates, or if your party includes more than three adults, we can also offer a beautiful double room with a private bathroom and sea view in our B&B.
Depending on the city you can offer us, we may also be able to offer you a longer stay than the one we have with you.
The exchange does not need to take place at the same time.

My establishment is located in Palinuro (SA), within the Cilento National Park, just a short walk from the town center. It is a B&B consisting of four double rooms, each with an independent bathroom, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, a safe, air conditioning, and a small terrace. Additionally, there is a garden with a sea view, where the breakfast area is situated, along with a relaxation area to enjoy stunning sunsets.
Staying in Palinuro is ideal for enjoying wonderful beach days and for visiting the inland Cilento area with just a short drive.
