LA CASA DI FRANCY

Hi, I'm Francesca

I will be happy to host you for FREE in my property in exchange for goods or services.
Here are my barter wishes:

The property

Located on the ground floor, approximately 400 meters from Piazza Tuoro and just 300 meters from Palazzo De Simone, the apartment features spacious and practical rooms, ideal for both families and small groups of friends. The property includes a large terrace facing east and south, a balcony on the west side, and a private covered garage available upon reservation.

The shared areas consist of a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, accessible to guests staying in the three bedrooms. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and independent stay.

The three bedrooms are separate. Two of them share a bathroom reserved exclusively for their use and are connected by a hallway, making this layout especially suitable for large families of up to 5-6 people, two couples with children, or groups of friends. The third bedroom has its own private bathroom and can accommodate up to three guests.

Check-in can be done independently until midnight thanks to access codes for the gate and the entrance door, which are sent to guests via WhatsApp.

Bracigliano offers many opportunities to explore the area, its history, and traditions. Points of interest include the Franciscan Convent dating back to 1435, the Church of San Giovanni Battista, and Palazzo De Simone, which hosts an auditorium for events and performances throughout the year. Not to be missed are the distinctive cherry blossom season, the statue of Saint Francis on Monte Ariella, and the Piana di Salto.

Nature lovers can enjoy walks through green mountains and wooded areas, which are also popular among enthusiasts of porcini mushroom picking. Piazza Tuoro serves as one of the town's gathering spots, while taverns and inns offer the chance to experience local cuisine and taste typical regional products.

The location also makes Bracigliano a convenient base for visiting some of Campania’s main attractions. Salerno, Pompeii, Naples, and the Amalfi Coast are all reachable by car or public transportation. Upon request, the property also offers a service car—a methane-powered Fiat Panda—at an approximate cost of 30 euros per day.
