We are Mauro and Josiane, and we run La Piazza, a guesthouse in Ancona’s historic centre. We’re planning our summer holiday and are looking for an exchange based on mutual trust and a shared commitment to quality hospitality.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an apartment for our family—two adults, a teenage girl, and three children aged 12, 5 and 2—for a stay of several days between 25 August and 5 September. We’re open to offers anywhere in Italy, whether by the sea, in the mountains or in a historic town.
What we’re offering in exchange
We’d be happy to welcome you to our guesthouse, La Piazza, in Ancona. The property has four rooms, each with a private bathroom, and can accommodate a total of 8–10 guests.

We’re open to exchanging a stay at our home in Pula for accommodation at other properties (B&Bs, vacation rentals, or hotels) in Italy or abroad. We’d love to discover new destinations and share experiences with fellow hosts and passionate travelers.
I’m offering weekend stays in the mountains at the Volpe apartment, a one-bedroom apartment for up to three people, excluding the period from June 15 to September 15. In exchange, I’m looking for a similar apartment for me and my partner in a seaside area of Liguria. The stays do not need to take place on the same dates.
I evaluate accommodations in Central and Northern Italy, including Rome. I am not available from June 15 to September 15 (but this may depend on what you offer, so feel free to try; you never know). I am not interested in festivals or the week before or after them.

In exchange for one or more nights, we kindly request the creation of packages that include stays in Vigevano and its surroundings, with our structure as the focal point.
