We are Mauro and Josiane, and we run La Piazza, a guesthouse in Ancona’s historic centre. We’re planning our summer holiday and are looking for an exchange based on mutual trust and a shared commitment to quality hospitality. What we’re looking for We’re looking for an apartment for our family—two adults, a teenage girl, and three children aged 12, 5 and 2—for a stay of several days between 25 August and 5 September. We’re open to offers anywhere in Italy, whether by the sea, in the mountains or in a historic town. What we’re offering in exchange We’d be happy to welcome you to our guesthouse, La Piazza, in Ancona. Each morning, breakfast is served, and daily cleaning is done from 10:00 AM; bed linens and towels are changed every three nights.

Nearby, you’ll find the port, Salesi and Torrette hospitals, the Faculty of Economics, the courthouse, and the Navy. Guests can take advantage of the Stamira Underground Parking and several paid parking options in the surrounding streets, along with dedicated solutions for motorcycles and bicycles.

For those looking to explore the city, Corso Garibaldi, Piazza Cavour, and the picturesque Passetto Beach are just a few minutes away. Ancona boasts a unique blend of sea and culture, with attractions such as the Cathedral of San Ciriaco, the Teatro delle Muse, and the Cardeto Park overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
