I am looking to exchange these properties simultaneously or separately for tourism and vacation purposes with a prestigious property, another B&B, or a room with a private bathroom in renowned locations in Italy and especially abroad. Off-season seaside properties are acceptable, but I am not interested in second homes that are not well-maintained in anonymous locations.
