After spending four years abroad, the pull of my roots, the sunrises over the sea, the sunsets among the olive trees, and the flavors of Apulian cuisine brought me back home. Today, through Dirium, I share with my guests the deep connection I have with this area, offering a space that respects the environment and its inhabitants.
