La Fiocchina Magic Place is a countryside farmhouse located in the heart of Lake Garda, nestled between water and sky. It boasts approximately 70,000 square meters of terraced land set within the pristine San Bartolomeo Natural Park, situated about 1.2 km in a straight line from the Cathedral of Salò and less than 4 km from Salò itself by walking along the old steep path of San Bartolomeo (partly unpaved). It is also around a 10-15 minute drive from Salò via the scenic VIA LUCIS, undoubtedly one of the most picturesque roads along the western lakeshore.
This establishment, set in a rural environment surrounded by unspoiled nature and minimal human presence, is the perfect place to unwind, escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, and appreciate the unique features of the area: nature, history, art, culture, sports, entertainment, organic food, and much more. It offers 2 apartments (for 2+2 guests) and 4 studios (for 2 guests each).
Ascending the “Via Lucis,” undoubtedly one of the most beautiful panoramic roads in western Garda, you arrive at a magical space with breathtaking 360-degree views of almost the entire lake basin—a paradise away from traffic yet just a short distance from civilization and the main tourist and cultural attractions of the Lemon Riviera (the western shore of Lake Garda).
