The B&B Casa Avisio is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Carpenedo in Mestre, just a short walk from the tram and bus stops that provide direct access to Venice, as well as being close to the green Bissuola park. The center of Mestre is easily reachable on foot or by tram, and there are several restaurants and pubs nearby, ideal for enjoying local cuisine or having a relaxing evening.
Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Avisio is well connected to major arrival points: the Mestre train station is only 15 minutes away from the B&B, while it takes about 20 minutes to get there from Venice using public transport. The airport is just a 10-minute taxi ride, making travel particularly convenient.
The recently renovated room is spacious and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning and underfloor heating. An independent entrance through the private garden ensures maximum privacy, and guests have access to a coffee machine with pods, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, as well as a refrigerator for added convenience. The room, approximately 30 square meters, also includes a private bathroom and a hallway with a coat rack. Outside, a small table with chairs invites guests to relax in the fresh air.
