We are open to exchanges with other hosts in mountain chalets or B&Bs near the sea. We are particularly interested in locations in Aosta Valley, Trentino, Veneto, Liguria, Campania, and Sardinia. We are also available for bartering during the months of January, February, and March.

INFLUENCER

1. Influencers: We offer one night (excluding Saturdays and holidays) to influencers for YouTube videos related to travel or art, lasting over one minute, which mention our B&B and local attractions (for example, the artistic village of Marcena and the Gianlorenzo Palazzi House Museum). Participants must have at least 10,000 followers and/or a minimum of 20,000 views. Alternatively, they can have over 100,000 views on short-form social media content like YouTube Shorts or Instagram. Links to our website and social media profiles must be active and functional. 2. Micro-influencers: We evaluate your work and offer a discount on our rates. On average, we assign a value of approximately €1-2 for every 1,000 views.

The property

The room with a private bathroom is located within a newly constructed wooden villa, built according to the principles of eco-friendly architecture. Cozy in winter and cool in summer, the house is made from high-quality materials, featuring characteristic local details such as stone cladding and arches that echo the name of the area, Le Lastre. The interiors are adorned with fine antique oak wood, used for both the walls and the furnishings, which include custom-made benches and beds. The resin flooring adds a modern touch, while design elements and a captivating artwork above the bed by the artist Gianlorenzo Palazzi enhance the atmosphere.

The room boasts a stylish open wardrobe and a spacious private bathroom with a two-person shower and rain showerheads, all set in a bright and well-ventilated environment. The outdoor garden offers a stunning view of the Tuscan hills and the city of Arezzo, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation or enjoying an outdoor breakfast, available upon request during the pleasant season.

The villa's location in a peaceful countryside area is perfect for those who enjoy hiking, cycling, and scenic walks among olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees. Despite the surrounding tranquility, the Arezzo Cathedral is just a 10-minute drive away, and the lightly traveled road provides ample opportunities for free parking.

To enhance our guests' experience, we offer various activities, such as artistic tours in the village of Marcena, including a visit to the Gianlorenzo Palazzi house museum, excursions to nearby castles, city fairs, and trekking routes, including e-bike options. In our spacious garden, guests can relax or organize a barbecue, while just a short walk from the property, there is a permanent outdoor art exhibition that can be visited for free.
