Our apartment is situated in a prime location, just a short walk from the Careggi Hospital, Meyer, CTO, and the Ulivella and Glicini clinics. The Demetra fertility center is only 300 meters away on foot. The area offers ample street parking, which is free on holidays and at night, and is easily accessible.

The apartment has been recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, blending modern, vintage, and antique pieces. We have considered every detail to provide our guests with the same comfort we seek when traveling. Some of the amenities designed for your stay include a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a small library with city guides, games, and children's books, an efficient air conditioning system, and free access to a washing machine. The terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying relaxing outdoor moments.

We are committed to ensuring maximum comfort and providing constant support for our guests, and in return, we ask for respect and fairness. We request that toys be tidied up after use, and any replacements for broken items would be greatly appreciated. There is a charge of 25 euros for late check-in until 10 PM; after this time, check-in will not be possible. For special requests, please contact us before making a reservation.

The Careggi area, known for its University Hospital, is also famous for the historic Villa of Lorenzo the Magnificent. The Rifredi neighborhood is a modern and lively area filled with services, shops, restaurants, and malls. It is home to the University and the Student House. Nearby, you will find supermarkets (Conad, Carrefour, Penny, Coop, Esselunga) and renowned pastry shops like the famous Sicilian pastry shop La Quale. The Florence Rifredi train station and the T1 tram stop are just a 6-7 minute walk from the apartment, making it easy and quick to reach the center of Florence, even though we are not located in the heart of the city.
