At Dogana d’Acqua Rooms & Art, we offer a distinctive experience that blends hospitality with art. Housed in a late 19th-century building in the charming Venezia Nuova district of Livorno, characterized by bridges and canals reminiscent of Venetian architecture, our establishment hosts art exhibitions featuring internationally renowned Tuscan artists. Guests can stay in one of three comfortable double rooms, each equipped with an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets. One of the rooms even has a small terrace overlooking the canals.

The location is ideal for exploring Livorno on foot: the city center, with its museums, squares, churches, and monuments, is just a short walk away, as are the traditional taverns where you can savor local cuisine. For those traveling by car, parking is available nearby, and the property is a short distance from the port and ferry terminals for Sardinia, Corsica, and Capraia.
