Langhetta’s House is a cozy apartment located at the entrance of Murazzano, a charming village in the heart of Alta Langa. The town center is easily accessible on foot in under ten minutes and provides all essential services, including a supermarket, pharmacy, shops, bars, a wine shop, and excellent restaurants. The location is also perfect for exploring the nearby villages and landscapes of the Langhe, with the famous Barolo region just a few kilometers away.
Fully renovated in 2023 with carefully chosen finishes and equipped with the comforts of a modern home, the apartment covers approximately 75 square meters. The rooms are bright and furnished in a warm, contemporary style, featuring gentle sage green and wisteria purple hues.
The living area is designed as a spacious open-plan space combining the lounge and kitchen. A French door and a large window offer stunning views of the Alta Langa scenery and the Maritime Alps. The living room includes a sofa with a chaise lounge that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, and dishwasher, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and everything needed for independent meal preparation.
The bedroom contains a large double bed, a wardrobe, and an additional single bed, particularly suitable for children and teenagers. From the window, you can admire the village of Murazzano with its distinctive tower. A crib is also available for the little ones.
The bathroom is especially unique, adorned with large hand-decorated ceramic tiles. It features a spacious walk-in shower, a sink with ample drawers, a mirror with LED lighting, a toilet, and a bidet. In the adjoining area, there is also a washing machine available for guests.
The owner lives nearby and is available to provide assistance and advice during your stay. As a sommelier and wine industry professional, she speaks English, French, and some German, and can offer valuable recommendations to those interested in discovering the local area, its wineries, and the Langhe’s food and wine culture more closely.
