Palombara House is an old residence dating back to the 18th century, located in Rosciolo dei Marsi, a district of Magliano de’ Marsi, right next to the medieval walls and one of the towers of this historic Abruzzo village. Fully renovated, the house carefully preserves its original character and traditional materials, such as the distinctive terracotta flooring.
The entrance opens directly into the kitchen, as was typical in traditional farmhouse homes, where this room was the center of domestic life. On the same level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic floor contains three additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a practical room used as a laundry and storage area.
In the basement, which was originally a granary, there is a spacious living room of about 70 square meters, featuring a large fireplace and equipped with a toilet. This inviting and atmospheric space is perfect for enjoying pleasant moments together.
The house is surrounded by a garden of approximately 1,000 square meters, offering views of Monte Velino and the Fucino Plain. The outdoor areas provide space for dining al fresco, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the location.
