Karibu, which means welcome in Swahili, perfectly encapsulates the atmosphere we aim to provide for our guests. Located just a short walk from the historic center of Modena, only 500 meters from the famous Piazza Grande, our apartment is perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience in a central location.

The spacious master bedroom can comfortably accommodate up to four people with the addition of a sofa bed. The apartment features two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a small bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, and a shared garden with a parking space available for guests.
