The medieval village of Serignana, located in the heart of Tuscany within the Municipality of San Godenzo, is situated near the stunning Casentino Forests National Park, close to the hamlet of Castagno d'Andrea, the birthplace of the renowned Renaissance painter Andrea del Castagno.

The village consists of four apartments, a square with a consecrated church, a park, and a swimming pool. Additionally, the "grottino," a communal space, is available for hosting meetings, events, and shared breakfasts. In this charming village, the apartments have been carefully renovated to honor the Tuscan tradition, preserving the ancient charm of the location.

The apartments can be rented on a weekly basis or for shorter periods, and we also offer a B&B option, which is available for those wishing to book just a room.
