B&B IN THE MOUNTAINS, LOCATED IN A SKI AREA.

Exchange requested for 1 week for 4 people in a mountain area with nearby ski slopes, preferably in Trentino, Valle d'Aosta, or Piedmont. We offer a week in Catanzaro, just a short walk from the sea, under similar conditions.

I am offering a photography service for my four B&Bs in Catanzaro, which have a total of 17 rooms. In exchange, I can provide a three-night stay with breakfast included at one of my establishments. The ideal time for this arrangement would be from now until November or from March to May.

My five properties are already present on social media. However, I need an update of the photographs and the social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) as well as the existing websites that require renewal. I request one presence instead of two (one to work and one to accompany) to better manage the stay at the property.

Our establishment is situated in a strategic location, just 25 meters from the "Pugliese" Civil Hospital in Catanzaro, making it perfect for those who need to stay close to the leading hospital in Calabria. Although the neighborhood is lively and busy, especially during the morning hours, our place provides a peaceful oasis with a spacious and comfortable garden, where guests can unwind and enjoy moments of tranquility.

Check-in times are from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:45 PM; a surcharge applies for check-ins after 8:00 PM. In the vicinity, guests can discover numerous restaurants and pizzerias, such as the renowned Ristorante La Vecchia Cantina and the traditional trattoria La Quercia degli Elfi, to savor authentic Calabrian cuisine.
