My five properties are already present on social media, but I need an update for the photographs and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), as well as for the existing websites that require renewal. I request one person to assist, rather than two, so that we can better manage the stay at the property.

WHITE WEEK

Ski week is available for exchange for a week at the beach. Ski week can be taken in January, February, or March, while the beach week is offered in June, July, or September. Preference will be given to the Dolomites. We have a property in the city, 15 km from the sea, as well as a property just 50 meters from the beach.

The property

Our facilities in the Villa are located in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the city center and close to hospitals. Cleanliness and quietness are our top priorities, and our hospitality is one of our greatest strengths. In the vicinity, you'll find a variety of local restaurants offering regional specialties.

Only 40 minutes away is Sila Piccola, while the beautiful beaches of Calabria are just 16 minutes away, accompanied by a range of bars and pubs. Our historic B&B in Catanzaro, established in 2008, is the leading city accommodation in terms of positive reviews and spans approximately 150 square meters, elegantly furnished with style and attention to detail.

All rooms are very inviting and equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi at 200 Mb/sec. The bathrooms, all recently renovated, feature showers and are always kept clean, equipped with hairdryers and courtesy kits. The Azalea and Black Sun rooms also offer a bathtub for added comfort.

Our establishment is conveniently located near the city hospitals, with parking always available, including paid indoor parking upon request. Additionally, we have partnerships with nearby restaurants to ensure you enjoy a stay characterized by convenience and quality.
