The property

For over 18 years I have been offering a warm and familiar welcome, making every stay a unique experience. We live in the flat next door and are always available for advice and chat about Matera and its treasures. The breakfast, with surprise products among our 0 km delicacies, will pamper you. in addition, tea, researched herbal teas, coffee capsules, yoghurt, cereals, juices, butter and marmalades will always be at your disposal. your breakfast will not have time constraints, because it will be delivered directly by us.

dany's House is a link to the world, to meet different people, traditions and cultures. We will be happy to suggest the best itineraries to discover Matera and its surroundings. I love my city and my land and it will be a pleasure for us to give you the right advice to organise your holiday in the best possible way.

The facility is located just outside the Sassi, precisely in the Matera Sud area, 400 metres from the entrance to the Sasso Caveoso. Under the structure you can park for free. It will be easy to venture out on foot to discover this wonderful town. Nearby you will find small shops (tobacconist, pharmacy, minimarket, butcher, bakery, etc.) that with their 0 km products will be ready to delight you on the food and wine side.......why not. this is also the wonder of the journey!!!
