The property
The atmosphere of our B&B is warm and practical, located on the ground floor of an elegant late 19th-century building, featuring beautiful frescoed ceilings. All rooms come with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, linens, sheets, a hairdryer, heating, a TV, and air conditioning. One of the rooms also has a small courtyard, ideal for relaxation. We are pet-friendly, so pets are welcome.
Breakfast, included in the price of your stay, is served at the café adjacent to the property and consists of two pastries and a drink of your choice from coffee, cappuccino, or tea. Guests receive keys for maximum independence, with no time restrictions. Check-in is available from 10:00 to 12:45 and from 15:30 to 18:00, while check-out is required by 10:00.
Marco is happy to assist you with advice and recommendations to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Upon arrival, you will receive a map of Florence and tips on the best routes, how to get around, and where to find traditional dishes at reasonable prices.
Public parking is available in front of the B&B and is paid (1.50 euros per hour, with restrictions from 8:00 to 20:00). Alternatively, you can book a private garage at the B&B for 15 euros per day.
Our establishment is situated in Oltrarno, Florence's "left bank," the oldest and most charming neighborhood in the city, at the beginning of the historic center. Here, you can visit the churches of Carmine, Cestello, Santo Spirito, and the magnificent Palazzo Pitti with the Boboli Gardens. Crossing the Arno River, you find yourself in the heart of the city, surrounded by Florence's artistic beauty. The bus stop is located right in front of the B&B, and nearby, you will find numerous restaurants, pizzerias, breweries, as well as a Japanese and an Indian restaurant, in addition to a supermarket.
