The property is housed in a villa that was converted from an old farmhouse, which has been completely renovated in recent years. It features three rooms, each with private bathrooms, decorated in various styles ranging from traditional to modern. The materials used for the finishes, such as wood and stone, were carefully selected to maintain the characteristics of the mountain environment.

To protect the environment, a photovoltaic system has recently been installed to serve the residence, contributing to greater sustainability.

Guests can enjoy a large garden of about 5,000 square meters, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature, like the songs of birds and the rustling of the stream that runs beside the property.
