Our B&B, which opened in May 2019, is located by the lake and provides a unique setting that blends tranquility with an industrial style. The building, once a factory for concrete products, has been transformed into a residence while preserving the original floors, ceilings, and exposed pipes, resulting in a captivating industrial aesthetic.
The spaces are spacious, bright, and feature large windows overlooking a pool (5x8 meters) situated in our garden with a sun terrace. Just 50 meters away, accessible through a park, you can reach the beach and the lake, perfect for relaxing moments in complete peace, nestled in a residential area.
Breakfast is served in the garden or in the roomy living area, ensuring you start your day off right. The B&B also provides complimentary Wi-Fi, private parking (with coverage for motorcycles), and satellite TV in every room.
We are located just a 5-minute drive from Menaggio, where you can catch boats, hydrofoils, and ferries to explore the lake, and 40 km from Como, making it an ideal base for visiting the city and its surroundings.
