Among the many amenities available, you will find an exclusive equipped sun terrace, convenient reserved parking for 3 cars just a short walk from the house, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and on the terrace, air conditioning, and independent heating with split units in each room. Modern conveniences include a dishwasher, ice maker, two washing machines, dryer, three safes, and an eco-friendly hot water system with solar panels.

Nestled in a charming garden of lemon and orange trees, this eco-friendly vacation home overlooks the stunning Gulf of Naples and the picturesque villages of the Sorrento Coast. The modern and functional furnishings help create a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The property is spread over two levels, connected by a convenient internal staircase. On the first floor, you will find a large living room with kitchen, recently updated and equipped with two sofas that can be converted into double beds, three spacious bedrooms suitable for accommodating up to 11 guests, and two bathrooms with ample showers. On the second floor, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryer available for guests, a toilet, and a fantastic panoramic terrace.
The room arrangements are as follows:
- **Amalfi Room**: with a double bed and a folding single bed, or two single beds and a folding bed.
- **Positano Room**: with a double bed and two single beds, or four single beds.
- **Capri Room**: with a double bed and two single beds, or four single beds.
- **Living Kitchen**: with the option of two additional beds.
For younger guests, the following items are available for free: 2 strollers, 2 high chairs, 2 cots, and a changing table, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses, a bottle warmer, a thermos, a sterilizer, and toys.
Exclusively for guests, the 70 sqm panoramic sun terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor sofas, a gazebo with a table and chairs, and lighting, for unforgettable moments of relaxation overlooking Vesuvius and the coastline.
The convenient parking area reserved for guests is located just 70 meters from the house, providing added convenience during your stay.
