Hello everyone, my name is Massimo. I am a 33-year-old guy living on the island of Elba. I would be happy to exchange the offered stay in return for painting some external walls and sanding and painting a few wooden shutters.
I offer a 7-day stay to be used between October and November in exchange for minor renovation and painting work in the rooms. I am looking for a professional craftsman willing to repair some cracks in the wall and paint the rooms with washable white paint. There are 3 rooms, plus the kitchen.
I also offer a 2-night stay for 2 guests in exchange for a new 32-inch smart TV.
Request for professional expertise, including for complex systems in agritourism and possible implementation of home automation. Ability and tools for hedge trimming, even if only partially.
I am looking for an IT professional or someone experienced in working with computers in the tourism sector who can upload and edit photos, texts, and videos on a dynamic website, as well as manage a channel manager. I request professionalism and that the work be carried out in person.
