A reciprocal exchange of holiday accommodation and the opportunity to build a friendship. I run a bed and breakfast and can offer an open-plan space with two double beds and a breakfast area separate from the rest of the home. Private bathroom. Parking is available in the inner courtyard. The property is set in a late-19th-century rural courtyard, with a vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls. I’m open to exchanges with people from any region of Italy.

The property

I have an open space available with two double beds. It features underfloor heating, an entire facade with exposed river stones, a bathroom, and a kitchen for breakfast only. There is parking in an internal courtyard. It is separate from the rest of the residence, providing a contactless experience to ensure safety against COVID. There is a rich and affordable grocery store, Rossetto, just 1 km away. The property dates back to the late 1800s but has been restored while preserving much of its original charm. It was once part of an agricultural courtyard from the 1900s, intended for the laborers of the noble Venetian Counts Zurla, whose villa is still located 500 meters away. We are 15 to 20 minutes by car from the center of Verona and also about the same distance from Lake Garda; situated in the heart of Valpolicella, it is ideal for tasting or purchasing excellent wine.
