"IARSERA" is a welcoming and well-cared-for structure, completely renovated in its interiors.

10 minutes' walk from the Walls of Lucca, its location in the Sant'Anna neighborhood is perfect for visiting the historic center on foot, but also for taking a day trip to Pisa, Florence, the sea at Viareggio, or the San Giuliano Terme; all of these are easily reachable by bus or train (the stations are 1 km and 2 km away, respectively) or by car (2 km from the Lucca Est and Lucca Ovest highway exits).

The building is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, there is an apartment, accessible to people with disabilities or mobility difficulties, equipped with a private bathroom, living room with kitchen, and storage room.
On the first floor, there are three rooms, each with an internal and private bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and refrigerator. An additional bed for children is available upon request in most rooms.

You can arrive at any time of day or night, and parking is easily available nearby. One (1) parking space is available by reservation.
