The property

My name is Max, and I am a holistic masseur with a passion for writing. I enjoy guiding my guests in exploring the beauties of my region.

The establishment offers a cozy double room for exclusive use, with a shared bathroom and kitchen with the owner. There is parking available for cars and bicycles. The bus stop is located right outside the building, making it easy to reach the historic center in just 10 minutes. We are also close to the Flixbus stop and the airport, making our location particularly convenient for travelers.

The neighborhood provides a wide range of services, including the Fair, the Thun headquarters, Bolzano Airport, the Bolzano Sud train station, a Flixbus station, as well as sports areas, a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets. Everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay.
