I am a long time wine industry professional (17 years) who works as a sales/marketing/brand management consultant. I can provide an assessment of the business brand/website/social media and advise on which actions the business needs to take and give them a written plan for what to do (in exchange for the one week of accommodation).
I am also open to managing social media and marketing for the business (actually doing the social media and marketing myself) but these are long term projects that cannot be done in a week, so I would propose a three month stay in exchange for 5 hours a week of management work (I would charge $1000/month for this much work in my profession-so this is worth more than the cost of an apartment).
In addition I am a blogger and a freelance writer so I would be able to write a blog post or article about the property and either publish it on my blog or with another travel/Italy publication.
