The house is cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Located in a well-served area, it is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The location is strategic: you can explore Modica on foot! It is just a short walk from Corso Umberto I and the stunning local baroque attractions, while also being a short distance from the beautiful beaches in the area. In only 20 minutes, you can reach Scicli, and in less than an hour, you can visit Syracuse, Noto, and Scicli.

The Casetta is independent and consists of a single floor, accessible via an entrance staircase. The spaces are divided as follows:
- a living/dining room with a sofa bed;
- a kitchenette fully equipped with all necessary accessories and appliances;
- a double bedroom with direct access to a small room with two single beds;
- a bathroom.

The property offers various amenities, including:
- a washing machine;
- a dryer;
- a workspace with a desk, lamp, and various stationery;
- air conditioning for both heating and cooling;
- heating.

Making a reservation, even for just one bed, ensures exclusive access to all areas of the house, with no other guests present.

Please note: there is a security camera that only monitors the entrance area, without recording the Casetta or any interior spaces.
