Located in the peaceful southern part of Alghero, between Calabona and Balaguer, this welcoming 70 m² apartment is an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday, close to both the sea and the city centre. The surrounding area is known for its striking cliffs and secluded little beaches. Shops and restaurants in the centre are about a 12–15-minute walk away, or just five minutes by bike.
The apartment features a spacious, light-filled living area, thoughtfully furnished and opening onto a balcony with a glimpse of the sea. The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a contemporary central island, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The comfortable, inviting main bedroom has access to a second balcony, where you can also catch a partial sea view. A bathroom with a shower completes the interior.
A real highlight is the private 50 m² garden: a secluded green space with a dining area and a spot to unwind. It’s perfect for breakfast outdoors, a quiet afternoon or dinner under the stars. During your stay, you may also be greeted by the home’s two cats, who sometimes visit the garden.
To make days at the beach more enjoyable, guests can use a beach bag, a small cool bag, a parasol, beach mats and two microfibre beach towels.
The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for guests, who can enjoy all its spaces independently and in complete privacy.
A €100 security deposit, payable in cash on arrival, is required. It will be returned at departure, following a check for any damage to the property.
