The property
Marephis Rooms is a welcoming, recently renovated guesthouse at Via Sebastiano Satta 12, in a peaceful, well-connected area of Alghero. Just a few minutes from the historic centre and the beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera, it offers a refined, private setting where contemporary design blends with Mediterranean colours and charm—creating a relaxing stay focused on comfort and tranquillity.
The property has three independent double rooms, each with a private bathroom. Simple yet elegant in style, they feature natural tones, modern furnishings and carefully chosen details. Bright and harmonious, each room offers privacy and comfort, with its own character inspired by the colours and elements of the Sardinian landscape.
Please note that the rooms are on the third floor of a building without a lift.
Marephis Rooms was created by brothers Daniele and Marco, whose passion for hospitality inspired them to establish a place that reflects their connection to family and the local area. The name holds personal memories and meaning, brought to life in a project built around genuine, thoughtful and welcoming hospitality.
Daniele and Marco are happy to help guests plan their stay, recommending walking routes, traditional restaurants and lesser-known spots. Their local tips offer a wonderful way to discover Alghero and the surrounding area.
The property is ideally located for exploring one of Sardinia’s most captivating cities. Alghero’s historic centre, with its atmospheric lanes, ancient walls and Catalan heritage, is perfect for leisurely strolls among artisan shops, charming squares and local cafés. The nearby marina offers picturesque views, with the seascape especially beautiful at sunset.
The pale sands and clear waters of San Giovanni and Maria Pia beaches are within easy reach, making them ideal for days spent unwinding by the sea. Nature lovers and hikers can also explore the wonders of Porto Conte Regional Natural Park, the dramatic cliffs of Capo Caccia and the famous Neptune’s Grotto.
