The property
Villa Francesca B&B is located in Grumello del Monte, housed in a villa from the 1970s surrounded by a large 3,000 m² park with views of the hills. It offers a peaceful and private setting, ideal for both business travelers and those wanting to explore Lombardy’s lakes, hills, and the Prealps.
The accommodation can host up to five guests, featuring three spacious and bright bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, while high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workstations make it convenient to work remotely. The living room provides a cozy relaxation area with a TV and stereo system, and the kitchen is equipped with both a pod coffee machine and a traditional bar-style coffee maker. An Italian breakfast is included, and for guests traveling with children, a crib and high chair are available.
The large shared garden invites guests to enjoy pleasant outdoor moments, and from June to September, the communal swimming pool is accessible. Outdoor amenities also include a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a play area. Pool towels, bicycle and ski storage, a shared washing machine, and on-site parking for two to three cars are also available. Pets are welcome, and events can be organized upon agreement with the owners.
The location allows easy access to the Grumello del Monte and Ponte Oglio highway exits, while the train station, town center, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance.
Villa Francesca also serves as a convenient base for exploring the region: Bergamo with its charming Upper Town, the Moscato di Scanzo hills, the Orobic Prealps, and Lake Iseo are all easily reachable, as is Lake Garda.
