Our Guest House, currently undergoing facade restoration, is exclusively for adults, with a no smoking policy and no television, to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment. We would also like to inform you that, in order to maintain a serene atmosphere, we do not allow pets.

Check-in is by reservation and takes place between 3: 00 PM and 4: 00 PM, so we kindly ask you to agree on a time in advance for better organization. The rates for the stay are daily, and the balance, along with a city tax of €0. 80 per person per night, must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The property complies with all requirements set forth by the Regional Regulation of August 5, 2016. We guarantee a high standard of cleanliness and regular linen changes: towels are replaced for each new guest and at least once a week, as are sheets and pillowcases. The cleaning of the accommodations is done after each guest change and at least twice a week, with daily room tidying and bathroom cleaning.

We offer our guests complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, and the possibility of a room upgrade, subject to availability.
