Hi, I'm Antonella

The property

Our home is situated in the peaceful hilly area of Cavallasca, on the outskirts of Como, at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level. The property is next to the new Sant'Anna Hospital in Como and the Spina Verde Forest Park, which is an ideal spot for hiking, including horseback riding, due to the proximity of riding stables and agritourisms.

We are just 3 km from the Como South exit of the A9 motorway, about 6 km from the center of Como, 4 km from the Northern Milan Railway station, which allows for a 50-minute train ride to Milan, and 5 km from the border with Switzerland.

We offer a stay in a calm and quiet environment, surrounded by greenery. Guests can access the ground floor of the house, which features 3 spacious double bedrooms, a kitchen, independent bathrooms, parking space, and a garden. The breakfast, rich and varied, can also be prepared independently, and we welcome small pets.

We provide documentation, tourist materials, and information about well-known and lesser-known tourist spots in the area, tailoring suggestions based on guests' interests, with a particular focus on the history, art, and rationalist architecture of the Como region. A must-see in Cavallasca is Villa Imbonati, the historic summer residence of the Counts Imbonati of Milan, which now serves as the town hall.

Antonella speaks English and French, while her mother is available to accompany guests on guided tours. During the summer, we offer information about local festivals and traditional fairs, including San Giovanni in June, the beer festival in July, and the fairs of San Fermo, Rocco, and the Madonna of Drezzo in August.
