The property
Nestled in the tranquility of the Lazio countryside, our Bed & Breakfast is located in Priverno, in the Boschetto area, within a four-family villa that also houses two other accommodations. Spread across two levels, the B&B features three rooms, accommodating a total of six guests, and provides a warm, family-friendly, and private atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy a masonry swimming pool with a sunbathing area and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the hottest parts of the day. Children are also welcome, provided they are supervised by their parents. The expansive, well-equipped garden and the gazebo with a library and board games encourage relaxation and socializing, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout the year.
Each room is meticulously prepared prior to arrival, ensuring cleanliness, order, and full functionality of all amenities. Daily cleaning service is provided at agreed times during the stay, respecting guests' privacy. Bath linens are supplied with a daily change and include two towels and a bathrobe for each guest. Hair dryers, soaps, and personal hygiene products are also available.
Breakfast is served at the table in the dining room between 7:00 and 10:00 and follows continental standards, featuring toasted bread, pastries, jam, butter, coffee with milk, coffee, and fruit juices. For hygiene reasons, paper napkins and disposable cutlery are used.
Our hospitality is characterized by friendliness and attentiveness: each guest is carefully attended to from the first contact, receiving all necessary information to easily reach the property and enjoy their stay to the fullest. Any unforeseen issues are handled promptly and professionally.
The establishment is also pet-friendly. We gladly welcome small and large pets without any extra charge, adhering to coexistence rules with other guests. Pet owners can take advantage of spacious enclosures equipped with masonry dog houses, located within a fully fenced olive grove, where animals can roam freely under their owners' supervision. It is understood that any damages caused by pets are the responsibility of their owners.
