The B&B Reboglio is located in the serene and lush countryside of Rolo, an ancient town in the Reggio Emilia plains. This ideal geographical setting allows for easy access, within about half an hour by car or train, to historic cities such as Reggio Emilia, Modena, Parma, Mantova, and Verona. Rolo serves as a strategic point for exploring the scenic, artistic, and architectural treasures of various towns in the lower Po Valley. The area is vibrant year-round, thanks to a wealth of cultural events and the distinctive local festivals and patron saint celebrations.
Guests can visit museums dedicated to Peppone and Don Camillo in Brescello, the world of Antonio Ligabue in Gualtieri, and the works of Cesare Zavattini. There are also opportunities to learn about traditional crafts, such as Tarsia, the inlaid tables produced in Rolo, and the renowned organic and biodynamic institute “La Farnia,” which offers courses on natural remedies.
Renovated in 2010, B&B Reboglio has maintained the original spirit of the farmhouse, featuring wooden beam ceilings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Carletti family welcomes guests with hospitality, whether they are in the area for work, fairs, or alternative tourism. The building, which served as a stagecoach stop in the 19th century, is conveniently located near the A22 motorway exit, making it easily accessible.
In the elegant lounge with large windows, guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The menu includes coffee, milk, tea, and fruit juices, accompanied by homemade jams and traditional Emilia cuisine specialties. The B&B offers three spacious double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and WiFi, all furnished in a rustic style to ensure comfort and tranquility.
