Renovated in 2023 with a strong focus on energy efficiency, it consists of two independent apartments, both without stairs, making them perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking relaxation.

Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and bedrooms with private bathrooms. The junior apartment can accommodate up to four guests, thanks to its king-size bed and a sofa bed, while the senior apartment, which includes two double bedrooms and an additional sofa bed, can host up to six people.

The location is one of its major advantages: situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the house is just 200 meters from the historic center of Ostuni and a short drive from the sea and main roads leading to Brindisi, Bari, and the Itria Valley. The free parking available right in front of the property is a rare benefit, especially in the summer when traffic in the historic center and ZTL restrictions make finding parking challenging.

Small pets are allowed with prior notice, and a travel crib is available upon request. Its strategic location makes it easy to access some of Puglia's most enchanting spots, from the Itria Valley towns like Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Cisternino, to Salento and the baroque architecture of Lecce, not to mention the coastline of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
