An independent entrance, preceded by a tree-lined path, leads to a flower-adorned porch that welcomes you inside, where every detail is designed to make guests feel at home.
The entrance, furnished with a cozy reading sofa, opens up to bright and well-maintained spaces. The masonry kitchen, decorated with blue and white ceramics, is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, and dishes. The large dining table can accommodate up to six people and directly overlooks the garden, providing a fresh and relaxed atmosphere even on the hottest days.
The living room, spacious and bright, serves as the heart of the home. A large arched window frames the greenery of the garden, and a French door allows for direct access. Here, you can unwind by watching TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and a Sky subscription or simply enjoy the tranquility.
The sleeping area features a wide and cozy master bedroom, equipped with wardrobes, a mirror, reading lamps, and blackout curtains. A crib or toddler bed is also available upon request. The modern bathroom includes a spacious shower, toiletries, and a laundry area with a washing machine.
Outside, a large private garden surrounded by a tall hedge ensures privacy and relaxation. Here, you can host outdoor lunches or barbecue evenings immersed in the silence of nature. The access to the house is completely independent, and the space is suitable for guests with disabilities.
